Ingredients: Dried Chili 30%, Onion 20%, Garlic 20%, Lemon Grass 12%, Salt 7%, Galangal 6%, Spice 5%.

Directions Prepare 3 cups canned coconut milk and boil 1 cup with 1 can panang curry paste. Add the remaining coconut milk, bit by bit, then put 1 kg. chicken or beef, 2-3 tbsps. fish sauce, 1 cup coconut milk. Heat until meat is cooked. Sprinkle with water, minced kaffir lime leaves and fresh chilies.
